Q. Who can use the Organizational Edition?

A. OE was designed for local coalitions and community-based agencies directly involved in screening and enrolling clients in valuable government and private programs.

Q. Is there training available to help agencies learn how to use OE?

A. Once you sign up for the BenefitsCheckUp Organizational Edition, we offer downloadable training videos that can be viewed by your staff or volunteers as needed. We also offer live Web conference trainings for your agency at a reasonable fee.

Q. How does our agency sign up for the Organizational Edition?

A. Contact Customer Support at support@benefitscheckup.org. They will send you information about what a subscription entails as well as pricing information. Once you have signed up for a subscription, Customer Support will provide you with a User ID, Password, and information on how to access training and technical assistance.

BenefitsCheckUp is a website that helps consumers, and agencies assisting them, find out which federal and state benefits, and Rx assistance programs, they qualify for and how to apply. Some key programs include:
